Bella Gia Salon & Day Spa has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy with no exceptions. Valentine’s Day and other holidays have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Special events or parties of 4 or more may have a 48 -72 hour cancellation policy.

This is a standard policy Bella Gia Salon & Day Spa has created as a courtesy to both our clients and our spa staff. All first time clients, any appointment which includes amenities, and any appointment over $50.00 must secured by a valid credit card.

If you cancel your appointment(s) in less than 24 business hours prior to the appointment time you will be charged 50% of the total canceled service(s). No shows/cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment will be charged the full amount of all scheduled services.

Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled facial or waxing services, and at least 20 minutes in advance of your scheduled body treatment. If you are running late, for your appointment, please notify us of the delay and we will do our best to accommodate you. In consideration of clients’ schedules, all service visits shall conclude on-time (please understand that if you arrive late, your service shall finish at previously scheduled time)

For parties of 4 or more, 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the price of the services.


Your comfort and well being are important to us, please inform us of any special medical condition such as, pregnancy, hypertension, medical conditions, allergies or disabilities to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.

To prevent skin irritation men should shave in advance, but not immediately before a facial. Shaving immediately before body scrubs or wrap treatments is not recommended. Eating immediately prior to massage is not recommended. Please make sure to inform your therapist if you are suffering from any medical or skin condition, or using any skin sensitizing medications (ex. Accutane, Retina-A, etc.).

Clients with active skin sensitivities (ex. Rosacea, Eczema, Open Wounds /Lesions, etc. ) should not be waxing. We do not recommend any abrasive /exfoliating treatment or facial waxing for an average of 1 week following Micro-dermabrasion or Glycolic Peels. If you have an event planned, please be informed that some redness and/or sensitivity of the skin may be expected for an average of 3-5 days (depending on skin type) after facials treatments. We do not perform custom bikini waxes on pregnant women.


To maintain the spa facility’s tranquil environment, we respectfully ask that all cellular phones and pagers be put on vibrate and that voices be kept down to a minimum level. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in our Day Spa. Children that are being serviced are allowed at the salon, however to enhance the overall salon experience we kindly recommend that clients not bring children who are not being serviced.


To receive the maximum benefit of your massage or body treatment, we recommend wearing a minimal amount of clothing.

Undergarments should be worn in public areas and treatment rooms.
Bella Gia Salon and Day Spa supports a zero tolerance for sexual innuendo or advances as well as illicit or illegal behavior.

Bella Gia Day Salon and Day Spa will not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.


All gift card sales are non-refundable however, they are fully transferable. Please contact us for additional details.


All product sales are non-refundable.


Bella Gia Salon and Day Spa accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash and Spa Week Wellness Gift Cards and Bella Gia Gift Cards. *Spa Week gift certificates/cards may only be used on full price services, no packages, discounted services or products. They cannot be used for gratuity and once they are redeemed, the sale is final, no cash refunds. We DO NOT accept Spa Finders gift certificates. Thank you!


A gratuity is not included in the price of our services. In appreciation of outstanding service, spa gratuities may be given, at your discretion, at the front desk. We recommend 15-25% of the full price of the service, based on the level of service you receive!
